1. Acceptance of Terms

The "Flirtyon" name and logo, and all related product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Flirtyon.net. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission.

You retain ownership of the content you create and share on the Platform ("User Content"). However, by posting User Content, you grant Flirtyon.net a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform your User Content in connection with the Platform and our business.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Flirtyon.net, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform, including without limitation, any defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of other users.
• Any content obtained from the Platform.
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

Our total cumulative liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Platform shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you have paid to Flirtyon.net in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred Euros (€100).

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory (contract, tort, negligence, etc.) and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. FLIRTYON.NET DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• Any errors or defects will be corrected.
• The Platform is free of viruses or other harmful components.
• The results of using the Platform will meet your requirements.

We are not responsible for the conduct, whether online or offline, of any user of the Platform. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information on the Platform, nor do we adopt, endorse, or assume responsibility for any user content or third-party content.

7. Termination

Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms or the Platform shall be instituted exclusively in the courts located in London, England. You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.
